Senior Associate Product and Project Management ITI
The Central Product and Project Management Team have the responsibility to maintain consistency and quality of these functions across ITI
Gather the data and run the regular pre-defined regular reports combining data out of inventory systems and SAP business warehouse
In doing so, regular and ad hoc reports analyzing related information extracted out of various tools is essential. This function is to support the team that is distributed between Zurich, London, Chicago and Weehawken.
Regular reports are generated on a monthly basis and used to report back to key management committees like the Business Management Committee, ITI Operating Committee etc. Ad hoc reports are required when businesses or product / project managers need further information about a specific topic. These are usually related to matching information about inventories to billing internally within ITI and the businesses.
Same as above but work with the person requesting the information and create, run and send out the reports.
On a regular basis, cross check the quality of the data used in the reports and ensure their completeness and accuracy.
Follow-up with the owner of the data if there is missing or inaccurate data.
